A helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has made a hard landing in the south of the country, according to state media.
The helicopter, which was also carrying Raisi's entourage, landed in a stadium in the city of Rafsanjan in Kerman province, according to IRNA, Iran's official news agency.
It is not yet known if there are any casualties.
Search and rescue teams are currently combing the wreckage, IRNA reported.
Raisi, a hardline cleric, is a close ally of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
He was elected president in June in an election that was boycotted by reformists and saw a record low voter turnout.
Iran has been hit by a series of helicopter crashes in recent years.
In 2018, a helicopter carrying the Iranian sports minister and several other officials crashed in southern Iran, killing all on board.
And in 2019, a helicopter carrying the chief of Iran's Red Crescent Society crashed in eastern Iran, killing all 10 people on board.
